Happy birds-Ostrich at Jurong Bird Park, Singapore
Ostriches can sprint super fast- upto 70kmph and outrun a horse. They have record for highest land speed among birds. But they can sustain the speed only for a short distance-they get exhausted soon.
We saw a few ostriches in their enclosures in Jurong Bird park, Singapore-they appeared to be very happy birds- always smiling and curious. I enjoyed clicking close up pictures of them- hope you like them too.
